Not much room for progression

Throughout my time at Cartridge Save my skills have been recognised and I have been given the opportunity to develop within the company. I came into the company knowing very little but was taught everything from scratch; from how to use excel to how an ink / toner cartridge functions within the printer. The role itself is challenging at times as the department is very fast paced and is constantly evolving, but it makes the role very rewarding when everything comes into place as planned. Management listen and are open to new ideas and you are given the freedom to be creative within the role.

Although manageable, it can get busy at certain times of the year.
