Stable company with bad employee treatment - Anonymous employee Cartrack Employee Review

Great office location. Great and respectful teammates. It is gratifying to get praised for the work performed. This is my first time working for a small size company and to be honest I enjoy it A LOT!! “Bringing great people onto your team is about demonstrating that size really doesn't matter – people do.”

One downside of working for a start-up company is not having the proper tools to perform efficiently.

The team was enjoyable for the most part Most days you went home on time, with the exception of counting inventory. When this would happen everyone would be there and it was very rare. I think I only had to work overtime twice when this happened.

I wasn't a fan of the company culture. The drivers who would call for assistance were not particularly nice. Dealing with the verbal abuse took a toll on not only mine, but other customer service representative's mental health.
