The artists themselves are highly skilled and hardworking, and I understand how a lot come due to the appeal of the interesting projects.

The studio doesnt care for the growth of its artists. Tons of favoritism to those who may not be competent at their roles, but that match the "family vibes" of the studio. Leaving a lot of great and more than adequate candidates stuck for years in mid roles with no future career development. Underwhelmingly low pay and cruel management.
