Pros
- You get trained to learn and use good systems - Good perks of staff discount - you can make gd friends here, as people huddle in cliques - there are staff who stay in the company very long - mostly are those comfortable with playing office politics
Cons
- the boutique staff are rude, will not listen to HQ directive - messy politics in the office - very cliquish place - turnover is high, colleagues come and go every 1 to 2 years
