The company provides decent benefits

I've seen teams turnover multiple times in 1 year - every department: R&D or G&A The C-suite will set unattainable goals and push blame downwards when they're not achieved. The egos that lead the company drive good talent away and have wasted millions of dollars. I didn't note any happy employees that wanted to be there long term. The CFO & COO are overwhelmingly anti-employee and text book examples of how NOT to run a company.
