7yHey thanks for the feedback and the overall thumbs up. I'm going to dock us a point from your rating for the work-life balance point though.
So one thing that we've done after having heard of this (and I know what clients you're talking about) - is to have HR actively track this phenomenon and reach out to the team leads if they're team is staying late for more than the odd day. The mandate is that the system has to step in and either 1) Help the team with hands 2) Help the team with client handling or 3) Help with just plain letting them know we're aware and would like to help.
By your feedback it hasn't percolated sufficiently, so thanks for bringing it up! We'll be extra aware. Thanks again!
