Pros
The product is amazing and the benefits are great for management, especially the 401K. The company is growing and always profitable which creates opportunity.
Cons
It is very difficult to promote from within. The DM training program is very difficult to get into and they still hire from outside when they have internal qualified applicants. The payroll is so tight that there are never enough employees on the floor to maintain sales and workload. DM turnover is high in some areas.
