Thank you for your comments. We're sorry for our delay in response as we are just getting acquainted with Glassdoor and the review process. However, I'm happy to report that we have attempted to remedy a lot of the complaints you gave. In July of 2017 we increased our pay and also rolled our fuel bonus into the base pay to eliminate the issues of unfairness that were reported. We also created a Driver Relations department that is solely focused on taking care of our drivers. In fact, if you have any other suggestions or comments you would like to share with management we would encourage you to reach out to that department at ext. 1270.
