      Pros

      Most of the benefits are good, quarterly bonuses. Most of the employees are friendly.

      Cons

      Very stressful, a lot of that is from being micromanaged to bits. Due to this and the lack of respect for employees I am regretting my decision on accepting my position.

      We been working with Carter Logistics n the Carter family since 2022, I say family because that is how they treat you here. I never had any issue with with Carter Logistics everything goes smoothly. They go above and beyond to exceed your expectations every step of the way, from communication to delivery, you can trust that your shipments are in good hands. With Carter we are in it for the long haul.
