No opportunities given to the staff that are not on a senior level. A very boring working environment with a lot of gossiping around from your colleagues. Not professional at all. Treated very badly by line manager, given little support or opportunities, welfare disregarded, basic tools of the job withheld, made to feel excluded, isolated and bullied by line manager before being dismissed unfairly. Overall a very disappointing experience to endure which left me feeling completely undervalued and disposable.
