I did not have any negatives about my experience.

Flexibility in working hours. Beautiful offices. Smart, dedicated people. Excellent reputation in the industry. Alllowed a great deal of freedom in determining work direction.

Uncertainty about the future. Understand a big portion of the company is going to be sold. Does not appear to be as well-managed as it was in the past.
