Very stable company, Great place to work, very good benefits, great people to work with

None come to mind, I enjoyed my time there.

There are not any Pros

Management is Poor, Full of crap, Plays Favoritism with Seniority Employees. Abuses Authority. Very Hypocritical. Overwork And Underpay minorities. Equipment is Ancient. Machines Break down every other week. Which Delays Work Which Delays your Productivity. Which backs things up even more and Completely stresses you out. Grown men Gossip around the job and Throw each other under the bus in hopes of elevating or getting a step ahead of the next man. Employees work as spies and are constantly watching you and micromanaging making work uncomfortable. They invade your privacy and insult your intelligence. Management are bullies and abuse Authority and pick and chooses who to pursue to pick on and single out. No respect for work space and area. No type of space Management or storage making work extremely difficult. Will let you screw up and wait until last minute to correct you. Training sucks. Management/Employees insult other employees behind theyre back about hygiene, intelligence level, work ethic etc. Lowball hard working employees with crumb wages and Raises. Everyone's in everyone's Business instead of coming to work and doing theyre job. Diversity sucks. These people are Shady. Will not recommend this Dump.
