CEO is dual personality. Once he doesn't want a person, he make various plan to layoff. The recent layoffs happened by giving 10x target and ask employee to achieve. once it is not achieved, he gives slip on the same day. Less HR intervention. Big NO to Freshers. Everyone is fearing about the layoff. Recently he 20+ people were layoff by CEO
