Very good people to work with in the rank and file. There is a lot of seniority and professionalism until below the level of upper management.
Cons
Constant volatility in the last 2 years has made Carstens a very stressful work environment. Upper management is at a loss as to how to stem the tide of turnover and losing good talent.
