Only good reason is they give you a good bonus.
Cons
When I left they did not give me a decent service letter. Even though I handled work for Public Quoted Company for two years they decided not to mention it in my service letter as my duties changed after two years. At least they could have had the courtesy to mention the period I worked for it. That shows their class and how the HR department too is powerless in front of the Company Secretarial division at Carson’s. I do not recommend this place as a good work place.
