Pros

1. No clock in & clock out 2. Free wifi 3. Casual outfit in the office 4. No fix lunch break

Cons

1. The direction from top management is clueless. Every 2 months changes direction, organizational chart, designation, and job description. 2. Too many toxic people and the manager only favors people who have a good personal relationship instead of looking at project completion. 3. Too many people who don't do their work or project according to time and in the end drag other people to complete it for them. 4. You may need to finish other people's tasks if you are performing but will get no recognition if you don't eat lunch and breakfast with the boss. 5. The management is too biased and only sees his people doing the task while the whole office knows who is the one doing the job or not according to the timeline. 6. Everybody is leaving so if you aim to join, think twice because those who want to stay are those who are doing very minimum but getting the maximum pay every month. 7. Here the task is only for the sake of doing instead of value. 8. The staff with admin and clerical task acts like a project manager but and in the end burden the administrative task on other staff which should focus on training delivery. 9. If you are running away from a toxic company, think twice before joining us.

Pros

Some talented colleagues who were dedicated to their work. The company had a promising past, and there were instances of innovative ideas. after icarasia enter to carsome. now carsome totally messedup.

Cons

Layoffs and Job Insecurity: The high number of layoffs and lack of job security created an atmosphere of constant uncertainty. Many experienced colleagues left, and it felt like the company was constantly in flux. Management: The change in leadership, especially the appointment of the current CTO, has not been a positive one. The lack of a visionary leader has left employees feeling lost and without a clear sense of direction. Micromanagement from higher-ups only added to the stress and lowered morale. Vision and Strategy: The lack of a clear, forward-thinking vision and strategy for the company's future has been a significant drawback. This has impacted the overall growth and success of the organization. Culture: The work culture deteriorated post-acquisition, with a noticeable decline in employee morale. The sense of camaraderie and enthusiasm that was once present is now largely absent.
