      Pros

      The Christmas bonus is good, and the fun days the ceo gives are always good as well...not much else as a positive.

      Cons

      Discrimination, favoritism for employees that are friends with the ceo. You are treated like a number and a child most if the time.

      Great environment. Sometimes get out early on fridays

      Cons

      No raises. Very expensive health insurance. Sales can do whatever they want with no ramifications.
