The concerns you've raised about frontline voices and transparency are ones we take seriously. We know that meaningful transparency requires more than just communicating decisions; it's about including the people closest to patient care in shaping them. We have tripled our Patient Care Team over the past ~6 months in order to deliver the best care as we continue to scale, and we're actively working to strengthen those feedback loops and improve how changes are communicated before they roll out. You deserve to have a voice in shaping and understanding the decisions that impact you.
