Great place to work with flexible scheduling! Really good work environment and great coworkers and support from management.

No cons! Working with the public can be rough sometimes of course but I have no complaints.

The upper management is disconnected from the branch's, disorganized upper leadership, high job turnover, surrounding counties have higher pay, extra responsibility as a passport agent without a pay increase(only 2 branches do passports), when it's a slow day it is excruciating.
