Colleagues were generally friendly, and it provided a good learning environment in terms of gaining hands-on experience in the operations field.
Cons
Leadership could use improvement, as there was sometimes a lack of clear direction and support from management, which made it challenging to feel fully aligned with company goals. Work-life balance was often tough due to high expectations and workload. Limited opportunities for career advancement or professional growth during my time there.
