Pros
- best work environment. Colleagues take good care of one another, supervisors are experienced and nurturing. - great mentors. Junior staff are also very engaged and good at what they do - no micromanagement, bosses trust you and the team operates on integrity - flexible work arrangement, suitable place for people with family/kid commitments (as long as you get your work done!)
Cons
- not all processes perfectly in place yet. But capable management builds assurance that we are moving in a good direction - understaffed due to company's rapid expansion - very bad benefits. Very competent people here, but I don't believe the current compensation and benefits package will retain them. - bad benefits translate to feeling under-appreciated and our hard work is not fully acknowledged - HR can afford to be more engaging and responsive
