      Pros

      Great culture, amazing colleagues, a lot of empowerment and autonomy in the role.

      Cons

      Career progression gets stagnant at the senior manager level because nobody leaves the company. The tenure of an average employee at Carrier is 9 years. If your boss doesn’t move, it’s difficult to progress as well. Working hours are in the US time zone with a lot of late night calls.
