It has provided us with Linkedin learning accounts, always keeping up with the evolution of the retail industry, applying new programs/plans at work, opportunities, and a huge experience working in such a huge company in retail like carrefour
Cons
The only problem with carrefour is their salary system. I got promoted to a junior cash office supervisor then to a cash office supervisor (Cash office incharge) but didn't get any raise because of the salary broken system.
