      Great leaders and associates. PTO is nice.

      Cons

      The accounting world is frustrating when it comes to billing time. Incentive is lacking. When time is slow…. You aren’t allowed to just go home if there is no more work and you are finished. When it is busy you work your butt off and you don’t get compensated for overtime.

      Clients are not the best to deal with Lots of travel Open office concept Management is difficult (not all but majority) Benefits are not great Busy season for 8 months out of the year
