Most of the accountants and clients are friendly. The senior partner is approachable and reasonable.
Cons
Admin is gossipy and judgemental at a highly inappropriate level. They will use skillset beyond the scope of work without suitable compensation. Attempts to address these issues results in a retaliatory and hostile work environment. There's spotty communication regarding work expectations. COVID-19 precautions are minimal and attempts to protect yourself are met with scorn.
