I've been with the firm for over 10 years and my experience is largely positive with a few caveats. That being said, the pros are not enough to keep me here much longer. Pros: Numerous training opportunities Decent work/life balance depending on your managing partner Decent culture, again depending on your particular location/managing partner

Low pay compared to competitors Behind the times on technology Hardly any diversity No bonuses or other adequate rewards for exemplary work
