      $100,000 a year starting salary at minimum. Free lunches daily. Company will pay for take home laptop. Better benefits than a government job.

      Gained some weight eating very good here with daily free lunches but that's on me.

      Great work-life balance, coworkers who mind their business. If you do good work no one (for the most part) cares what else you do.

      Billing practices are questionable and insurance defense is a bummer

      The benefits are appreciated by employees.

      Cons

      Billing requirements for paralegals too high. No raise or bonus if hours are not met. No raise if you go over allotted sick and vacation time. No family bereavement time.
