Pros
Outside sales and Regional Managers are great to work with/for. Fact that Carpenter sells in to a variety of industries keeps it interesting. Majority of customers are great and easy to work with.
Cons
Toxic work environment. High pressure to sell more. Manner in which they treat customers is criminal. Bully mentality. Too many people/divisions trying to justify their job. Very cutthroat atmosphere. This leads to everyone trying to throw other people under the bus to make themselves look better.
