Terrible management and backstabbing - Anonymous employee Carpenter Technology Employee Review

Management is self-absorbed and plays favorites. Doesn't allow for growth or promotion unless you're a "favorite". The Chief HR is a bully!! This person has the CEO blinded. She is a terrible person with no HR skills. Management should have taken a cut in their enormous salaries to save jobs.
