      Pros

      Good location, with good health insurance and benefits.

      Cons

      Only a handful of smart people left. THL destroyed the workforce: a lot of people got fired, and they were replaced by VPs that are only good at using corporate cards on fancy hotels. "Office-first" doesn't apppy to them.

      - free snacks, free lunch once a week - there are a few really smart and nice people you get to work with and learn from

      - pay is low compare to the living cost in SB
