Horrible place to work - Account Manager Carotek Employee Review

Because of its unique family-oriented culture, for example, the annual Carotek Thanksgiving meal is quite the event where everyone comes together to make a dish to share. It makes working afterwards tough 😴😂 but it's a tradition I hope continues for a long time.

At the time, it was tough to grow professionally, or at least there was not as much emphasis on laying out pathways to gain experience in other departments. Sure, it was on me to seek out those opportunities, but it was not and may still not be a focus of Carotek's employee development strategy.

There are some nice people that work there.

Gross building and working conditions Inside Sales Representative. Very outdated culture and terrible management. There is no sense of direction and it can be micromanaged. The office is old and moldy and they do not understand modern practices. There seems to be a high turnover rate due to this and many other reasons. The HR department is also a joke, one person for hundreds of workers. Overall terrible experience working here.
