      Nothing at all In my understanding

      After 3 rounds of interviews, got selected on trial. Within 2 weeks i realised the politics and micro management which was very suffocating. After 3 weeks i got offered permant role but I had to refuse. It felt like I ruined my career. But 4 years later I am the category manager of a very popular global brand. I thank my stars, that I stood for myself

      - no work life balance - poor management in business - racist towards other nationalities beside their own kind - over working staff members on purpose
