Pros

- Great 401K plan - Great benefits - AMAZING camaraderie (Best coaches) -Remote

Cons

- Long hours. - Jan-March busy season more money but longer hours - Base pay is set at 16500 and has been like that since the beginning of their cruise debut..... Real money is based on how many bookings you do and can be ... a bit of a strain. If guest books online, you DO NOT GET CREDIT. -_-

Pros

Training was in depth and informative. I enjoyed my coworkers and the trainers made the information fun. The benefits were good.

Cons

The work hours, lack of any real “off phone time”, phone adhearance issues, azure connection issues, carnival websites going down weekly, being stuck in queue for hours after your shift for last minute callers, being talked to rudely, leads not wanting to take over the escalted calls, no discretion to fix anything monetary for the guests, employee pay and the ability to actually get vacation approved timely. This job has potential if things were different, but right now its not worth the headache.
