The coworkers are great....i guess crappy work conditions bind people together. I can't think of much else good about the company.

The leadership, lack of respect for employees, and the propensity to hire frat buddies to positions of authority regardless of resume.

Paid Holidays, only the white Christian ones though. Coworkers are good people (most of them)

White Christian Holidays are the only ones that matter Not the least bit inclusive, they will hire minorities just to say they hired minorities Speaking of minorities… they get paid less than white employees for the exact same job. Women also get paid less than their male counterparts Unproductive and repetitive meetings, they won’t even listen to new ideas so it is a waste of time bringing them up Definitely a frat party, college buddies who don’t know what they are doing They have their kids (and spouses) on payroll when they have no hands in the company and pay the actual employees crap and lay off hard workers instead of the dead weight kids and spouses WHO DONT EVEN WORK THERE Absolutely no room to move up Management is all white male You ask for a raise and then told you are replaceable They make you say the pledge of allegiance. What is this, elementary school? Management will talk about you behind your back They pay is a joke. I could make more working at del taco. This is basically a good ol’ boys club.
