Business outlook
Pros
Some flexible working although they are cracking down on 3 days minimum in the office, as most firms are.
Cons
Company is cutting costs across the business and communication around redundancies is poor. Cuts are made with little thought to longer term strategy and impact on those left at the firm. Strong desire for majority of new recruits to be grads- any senior leavers are replaced with grads, which is not sustainable longer term. Despite promoting themselves as a company that promotes learning and development you have to pay for your own exams which you can only claim back if you pass and there is no study leave entitlement. Benefits are poor compared to other firms within the industry. Generally poor culture and low morale.
