Pros
I came to Carmichael International Service from another Logistics company and the differences are outstanding. Carmichael runs their branches as a team and "everyone knows your name". I am very happy with the cohesiveness of the company and how your hard work is noticed and appreciated. The compensation seems to be above industry average and benefits are very comparable to my previous place of employment.
Cons
So far, the only con I have noticed with working at Carmichael International Service is that we are a smaller company so our name isn't as well known as other larger logistics companies.
