Pros
Lots of hours good for 3 years then probably time to move on. Hard to get fired if you stay good with the bosses every year they ask what you made last year but never actually look to see what you make. So easy to get an extra buck or two every couple of years. Treat new people well but once they think they own you they expect the world from you. And have no mind letting you kill yourself for there bonuses.
Cons
No room for advancement they will lie through there teeth if you are not a buddy with the bosses, golfing drinking, hockey, you better have these interest if you want to move up. The office is so large and only getting bigger but can't figure out why they can't seem to make more money. Don't expect any support from management but you will hear about it if you don't so something the way they want it, but they don't tell you what they want. Need to be a mind reader.
