Decent place to work. They have had employees that have worked 10, 20+ years there, although most have now retired. The entire facility has been renovated and updated. The nursing staff is knowledgeable

Job schedules can change without much notice. Not sure present employees would stay as long as those have in the past. Sometimes it seems the Adult Day Care Clients require a lot of care and it takes away from time with residents who pay a lot to live there.

It’s clean for the most part & doesn’t smell bad like most nursing facilities do.

This place is an absolute mess. The amount of work & the amount of staff they have do not add up in the slightest. They are also not trying to give you more help because they do not see how heavy the work load is & don’t care about learning, but instead constantly reminding you that it is a “privilege” to have ONE extra person on the floor which still isn’t enough. Not to mention the turnover rate of employees there is just continuing to increase overtime because the working conditions are so poor causing them to be extremely understaffed EVERY DAY. It is poorly managed as well. This company has time & time again shown that they are incapable of professionalism & compassion for those who work for this company & the family members who put their loved ones here. They are extremely unapproachable people. Screaming at family members or employees when they have issues is never appropriate. If you have to ask your employees on a daily basis if they are happy or why they are not smiling, something obviously needs to be done & the working conditions need to be re-evaluated. This working environment is stressful & there is absolutely zero separation between family life & work life. I would not recommend working at this facility to anyone unless you want to be consistently under appreciated for the massive amounts of work you are expected to have accomplished on an everyday basis.
