Pros
Great people in great places. I've travelled around the globe and have seen places I could only imagine. If you are marketing beginner, Carlsberg could be a good place to start from.
Cons
Carlsberg does not care about its own people. HR department is totally useless. If you do not have a mentor - a senior person (VP or so...) to stand behind you, you will not accomplish anything. You can be a star when it comes to your competencies but that will not mean anything if you do not "know" right people. Hence, all good people have already left company...
