Pros
Lower level co-workers are good to work with, lot of lunches and in house functions. 401k grows at a good rate.
Cons
Management is pretty hostile to a non “yes man”. Look the other way with certain employees that sit around all day and tool around instead of working. Puts blame on the employees that are busting their butts to get the job done on time instead of the ones that do nothing. Very clicky atmosphere. Management looks down on production and treats them as a lower class personnel. Restricts production personnel’s freedoms while letting the rest of the company do as they will. They tout a “family oriented” atmosphere but all that is just a facade. Cannot trust the HR department, actually watched them call a VP another former employee was going to make a complaint about once they made a appointment to talk to HR about the issue. Fired the employee immediately upon their arrival to work the next day before they could get to the HR office to discuss their grievances. Health benefits suck. Plain and simple. Too expensive to not cover anything until you hit the deductible.
