Large upper management presence with a some what open door policy. Growing company Relaxed dress code Half day fridays in the summer (it was awesome) Lots of experience to be gained

Sales lacks follow through/data entry makes it difficult for back end employees Certain channels receive unfair advantage/are favored Imbalanced work load Poor 401k, plan to invest in a Roth IRA Out of date pay scale Out of date job titles
