- Understaffed under cover of "fast-paced." - Weekly sprints that will help you gain experience real fast but negatively impact your work-life balance. - Potential drama and toxicity caused due in part to understaffed, overworked, and underpaid employees. - Workplace harrastment and bullying was overlooked despite my best efforts to tackle them.
