      Amazing place, if they put the right manager in.

      Cons

      Manager total bully and gets staff to lie for him. Seven nurses have left in the last few months.

      Most staff are friendly Rewarding to work with the residents and provide service for them

      Cons

      Took a month to actually start working after being given the job Barely communicated with about your start date and during the recruitment process so it’s a lot of chasing up and 0 answers
