You get to choose the hours and days to work. You get more time at home with family. You also can be an Aide for your own family member. Paid weekly, also get an app to keep up with check stubs. Get paid for overtime, and also you clock in and out from your phone!!
Cons
Pay is decent but you don’t get paid for mileage or trips, so if you have to take patients out of town or several trips a week you don’t get pay for that! Company don’t offer insurance or any special benefits! You don’t get holiday pay if you work on holidays! Company doesn’t offer raises
