Your cost of living will go up but you can forget about ever seeing a raise unless you are a DM or higher or an hourly employee. Bonus are a joke and you have to keep you uncontrollable costs in line that you have no control over or you won't see a penny. Better hope corporate doesn't do any extra marketing or there goes your bonus/raise. Letters sent from the CEO talking about people before profit and how much money the company made last year right after you are told you are a great Store Manager but we didn't make enough money to give you a raise. Oh yeah and plan on fixing up your store personally because they are to cheap to care how run down their stores look and will only fix them if you want to give up your raise again next year.
