      - Work life balance is amazing, no one can ever have a complain about it - The best part is the team, everyone is extremely supportive.

      Cons

      - Unnecessary processes were introduced comparing the size of the team, which impacted the productivity. - There isn’t very clear career ladder for growth.

      - The first stage is with HR and is more of a friendly, conversational interview. It's focused on getting to know your experience and skills, as well as discussing the role and the company.

      Cons

      - After HR, you'll have to go through another 3 levels of interviews - Still using TestGorilla to assess candidates' potential, relying on standardized questions rather than real-life work scenarios
