      Pros

      A successful, unique business. Good people.

      Cons

      Not all, but several of top level mgrs need to be replaced. They manage by fear instead of leading by empowering. Some managers will fire you if you have the audacity to hold a different opinion. The owner put a CEO in charge that is nothing more than a high priced bully. He has put this destructive culture in Cargo Largo. It’s unfortunate because this company could be something amazing.

      Good benefits and competitive pay.

      Cons

      Hot/Cold weather would affect the warehouse. But they have moved to a new location since which seems better fit.

      I like the people. I enjoy the actual work. There is no room for growth unless it's management.

      Cons

      Point system that they have is not family friendly at all. The actual work is really enjoyable the coworkers are great. Management need to be held more accountable.
