Management has NO RESPECT! Very unfriendly. No open door policy! You are pushed to your max and beyond and then reprimanded for being behind or incompetent. Rules change daily without noticed, and yet the staff is supposed to know this. You are mandated to stay and work over without any regards to you having a life and family outside of this place. Management hides in the office instead of being on the floor to help when it becomes overwhelming for the staff on the floor, especially when being short handed. Patients complain about staff not being prompt. Its sad that the same reviews keep coming up time after time. It will be my mission to make sure the community and surrounding communities knows all about this company on how they treat their employees and to not send their loved ones there. Caretel should change their name to Inns and Out! The staff turn over rate is huge. There is a huge reason for that, don't be one of them.
