Raises are minimal to non-existent, and older employees tend to be territorial. Supervision is often too busy, leaving lead technicians to handle calls, which adds unnecessary stress. There’s no real opportunity for growth unless you train on every piece of equipment, overloading your schedule while receiving the same pay.
Objectives and goals may be written, but they are not genuinely tied to earning a raise. Difficult customers are often assigned to newer engineers, and support outside of your immediate team is poor.
The company serves as a way to earn money but has a terrible culture. There are no mass meetings, no thoughtful gestures like sending gifts, and no recognition for going above and beyond for customers. It feels like a place where you simply work without any sense of satisfaction or fulfillment, essentially a dead-end job.
Gaining more knowledge or skills often feels like a punishment rather than an opportunity with this company.
