Pros
Solid global company. Good products with steady income. Workforce is competent and supportive. The workforce is older so there will be opportunities for competent people in the near future as they retire. Medical is a great and steady place to work. Seeing your product used on sick patients especially children is inspiring. Management realizes the 10% culling is no longer productive so that has stopped. Yes people still get bad rankings but they don't fired, they get opportunities to improve.
Cons
Terrible facilities. We work in a converted warehouse with no windows and 1980's furniture. Roof leaks and no budget to update. Very few young workers. The regulatory group is completely out of control from the top corporate lawyer down. This creates a lot of frustrating unnecessary paperwork.
